TREC is very versatile in that it caters for horses and riders young and old. Riders can challenge themselves and progress to the highest levels or select the level which suits their confidence and ability.

Above all, it's a very social sport, providing riders with the opportunity to develop their skills in some of the most stunning settings.

News Flash Introducing TREC Trails Ireland

TREC Trails Ireland

Welcome to TREC Trails Ireland, working for riders throughout Ireland to promote off-road riding and access.

We are delighted to announce that TREC Trails Ireland is open for business and accepting membership.  At TREC Trails Ireland we aim to facilitate leisure riding and equestrian tourism by identifying and expanding off road riding opportunities in co-operation with all stakeholders.  This we intend to achieve by providing you with relevant information and education to help us achieve this goal!

We have a committee, working in a voluntary capacity with Horse Sport Ireland, BHS Ireland, Coillte and others, towards the implementation of our strategic plan.

We have over 15 years experience of creating bespoke unique riding trails, on a one-off basis here in Ireland, that cater for all levels of riders.  We've worked closely with landowners, national organisations such as Coillte, local community groups and businesses, so that tourists, both nationally and internationally, can experience our Irish countryside and hospitality.

By joining TREC Trails Ireland you will be helping to realise the dream of safe, off-road riding trails throughout the country.

Our brand new website is under construction and, in the meantime, TREC Ireland have kindly allowed us to squat!
